Both The Ballard Quad meet for the boys and the Marshall County Middle School All Comers are behind us.  Both were successful nights.  On Wednesday, the team placed 2nd behind Ballard with 72 points (Ballard won with 92 points).  We only had 8 runners compete on Thursday, but all runners worked hard and delivered some PRs.  Results are up on the results page for both meets.

Friday, the girls will compete at Marshall County for the “Run for the Cure” meet.  It should be an exciting week for our runners!

Remember, please take pictures of your athletes and send in some pictures to add to the site!

IMPORTANT:

Next week there will be no track practice.  Please make sure that you workout everyday during your break.  If you do not, you will lose everything you have gained in the last few months and you will literally be starting over again in your training.  So get out and run or be active every day!  We start back practice Monday April 12.

The Heath Middle School Invitational will be Tuesday April 13.  We need as much help as possible to make this a successful meet.  Please contact a coach or Kelly Hudspeth if you are interested in helping.

All athletes must have a sports physical to be eligible to practice.  If you have not had one in the last year, the form can be found here.  This is the only form accepted.

Our schedule is set.  A pages and word file are found below that can be downloaded, or click the schedule link on the top of the page for a calendar version.  The schedule is subject to change due to verification of dates for a few meets and for weather.
